Outlook shuts down when opening a contact

I have several users that are unable to open the contacts for a shared mailbox and thier own personal mailboxes. Whenever they do, Outlook shuts itself down. I have reinstalled outlook and still have the same issue. I ran in safe mode and still get kicked out of Outlook. I checked the rights and they all are correct. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
