Outlook Web Access

I currently have a situation at work where we can log into outlook web access with Internet explorer but cannot do so from Netscape Navigator. I get a (Authorization Failed) I did a test on one of the users and gave him administrator rights and onlythen can that person log in. Has anyone experienced this kind of trouble?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated since I’ve exsausted all possible solutions.
