Outlook Web Access Page Not Displaying Properly

I have installed Exchange Service Pack 2 and the hotfix for Vista to fix the problem with replying to e-mail. After I have done so, I get prompted for my user credentials as usual. I enter them and hit ok I get a screen that has red x’s next to inbox, calendar, and so forth on the left hand side and in the middle of the window it says loading….but nothing happens.
