Outlook – word suggestions

A user of mine wants to know if this is possible.

I know Word does this when typing the date, but in outlook my user wants to know if he can add certain words or phrases so when he starts to type that word or phrase outlook will automatically suggest that rest of the phrase or word.. and all he has to do to complete that word or phrase is to hit enter.

Make sense? He wants to know if theres an option to add more phrases or words to the “list” thats already suggesting words or phrases.
