Outsource Tech Support Advice

Hi,

I run a small business and it has got to the stage where I’m struggling to run the business due to the volume of sale/support questions.

This is great as the company is doing well but I am burned out and struggle to even relax at the weekend let alone have a holiday.

I’m interested to outsource technical support for our ecommerce software product East (we are UK based). Can anyone recommend any useful sites for resources or recommend any companies who could help us?
