Outsourcing

In this day and age of IT shortages why is it that companies are looking for outsorcing in different countries and the people in this country are working their backsides off to get certified and if they’re lucky they get help desk positions? I’ve read the articles on this site about how to make it easier on foreign nationals when they come here for our jobs. Please tell me of a company that will sponsor me so I can move up. I’m paying my own way and working two jobs to do it. Come on America it’s time to take care of your own. Thank you for letting me express my feelings.
