OWA Performance

Dear All,

My users are UNSATISFIED with response time of Owa. For example, one user waits 1 min 30 secs to show his/her mailbox completely (the inbox with 30 emails).

I want to know if this delay is normal.

I have Exchange 2000 and serverdual PIII, Ram 1 GB, Hds 18 GB Raid 5.

The user establishes Dial-up connetion by Gric (Isp), after validates within Lan (digital certificated and login/passw). After run IE5 with OS W2000.

I?d appreciate your comments on it.
