OWA returns error when I try to search contacts

Hi,

I am using OWA with Exchange 2003. It seems that when I try to search Global Address List from OWA using internet i.e. outside of the office, it comes back with an error. however it works if I am using it with in my office.

any advice would be much appreciated.
