paging file error in Win2K

Hi,

I’ve got a problem on a few of my systems , they’ve all got Win2K proffesional on them,
They all have the same error message, page file to small or missing,
can’t resize it , tried everything , anyone who has XP with this problem , followed all support FAQ’s still no go,
