Password Construction

My understanding is the passwords in WinNT came be up to 14 characters. That are visible, and in theory up to 32 characters. With that said, can a password include mathematical computations? For instance, ADV:128:11! The last two characters is a math computation for factoring. In which the answer is 8 digits long. Also, while the system is verifying the password would the processor automatically process the factor to get the answer, which is the rest of the password?
