Password expiry notification on OWA

For some reason OWA tells all users that their password will expire in 0 days. This would be ok if this were true but the passwords are nowhere near expiring. In fact some of them are not supposed to expire at all.

Has anyone come across this situation? If so what was the reason and solution?
