password novell nt syncroniztion

Hello!!

i have to diffrent os system in my network
novell 4.11 and nt 4 sp6a
and latley i have modifed the nt
registery and added pasffilt.dll to enable
strong password requirment
since then when the novell system
prompt to change password before expiring
and then when the user change the password
it’s want be synchronize with nt system
Pleas advise
