password on system setup boot

i have a asus mother board a few years old I haven’t messed with it in a wile i want to wipe it clean. When i go to access the system setup to select cd-rom to boot first it asks me for a password i have no idea what it would be also i have a raid on the hard drives how do i delete it. the reason for wiping it clean im putting a new OS on it
