Password Protection for CDR/CDRW

Does anyone know of any software available that can be used to password protect CDR/CDRW media? I am not looking to encrypt/decrypt files, just to have users enter in a password and/or username in order to access the contents of a CDR/CDRW. Can anyone help me???
