Passwordless access to Unix from Windows by using a SSH

Hi All,

I need to access a Unix machine with a user name from Windows machine by using a SSH with passwordless access. I know how to connect to a user on Unix from Unix/ Linux. I need to configure WinSCP, PSFTP or SSH from ssh.com to access a particular user on Unix machine without any pasword. Please help me.
