Pay for Performance

Our company is an IT Services firm providing repair services and project installations.

I am interested in evaluating alternative compensation models for our technical service staff. Our tech staff is compensated on the basis of experience, skill, performance and certification. I am looking for resources or references to pay for performance compensation plans that include a formal model for productivity measures such as dollars billed, hours worked, etc.
