PC Can be used as Terminal using TelNet.

I have one Unix server running SCO and Oracle. I have a Standard PC running under Win98.
1.Whether I can use this pc as a terminal using Telnet and access Oracle database residing in server?
2.Whether the application residing in server can be run from the Terminal (PC)?
3.Whether ?TelNet? can provide all the terminal activities as if a dump terminal?
