PC Desktop Security

I was wondering if anyone out there knows of a product to lock out end users from defined PC settings and navigations. I have used POLEDIT in the past and found it to be very dificult to maintain and found it very limiting. I recall hearing of a product called “fort knox’ that was apparently designed for this. But I have been unable to locate it.
