PC Freeze with Wireless-N

Have PC freezing up totally on irregular but (too) frequent basis when connected to net using Linksys Wireless-N PCI adaptor. Have tried for Linksys driver updates (none) & systematic disables of possible conflicting programs, hardware drivers etc all without success. Any ideas on likely cause & how I can track this down?
