PCAnywhere 8.02 & NT4.0 SP6 Server

I am having problems with using the scripting in PC Anywhere. I am running a script from the task scheduler that uploads a file and waits for files to be downloaded. The program hangs after uploading. The same program/script runs fine under W/95. Any ideas anyone? Thanks in anticpation.
