peer-to-peer network Internet Explorer p

I have a peer-to-peer network set up at home that uses Internet Connection Sharing to use a dial-up connection to surf the Internet. The client machine’s Internet Explorer has to be refreshed at least twice in order to view a webpage. Has anyone got any suggestions about how to resolve this issue?
