perplexed by win2k dhcp

hello,
just installed a win2k dc on my network. it’s the only dc, though i do have one win2k file server. in any event, the computer in question has AD, DNS, and DHCP installed. it’s feeding out ip addresses, but i can’t figure one thing out.

why is it that in the dhcp mmc that the domain is listed with an ip address of 169.254.98.25, while if i do an ipconfig i get the 192.168.. address that i assigned it??? how do i correct this?
