Personal Oracle 8

In the process of installing PO8 on my PIII 700 mhz machine with 64 mb RAM, i get an illegal operation error after the installation in complete. Also, when i try to run net8easy config , i get a JAVA Runtime error and cannot start net8easy config.. I have determined the cause that because of the speed of CPU (700 Mhz) this is happening since in my other machine with 300 Mhz Cpu, there is no problem with the installation and connectivity…
Can anyone please help me with this . And if the problem is with the speed of the cpu then from where do i get a patch file or an update for the installation…
