I have read that it is the uneducated user who is the big problem for most of the things going wrong on the internet. And I have read about the knowledgeable IT staff infecting the network with the newest stuff.
Who thinks it is just stupidity or a person just who just that just don?t care?
I am feed up with people who know better but still click on the link for a nude picture of who ever or the head of IT who thought that the PDF was from the director.
The people at home do not know better but the people who are our bosses should be able to set an example.
Ok this is going to piss off the big distributors of computers. Each maker of computers need to install, all updates and require every person that buys their computer to use and update the antivirus, spyware, firewall and other software.
This could be done by adding an extra CD or when the user first
user access the web. Most new users are now connecting by DSL and have fast down loads.
If they choose not to down load they would get pop ups telling them that their web is restricted unless they update.
And the ISP can help by telling the user that their computer is at risk.
