Photos always grainy(Pixelated) – on HP Ryzen 5 Laptop ??

when I use the camera app – on my HP Ryzen 5 Laptop – I notice the photos always pixelated – also there is No zoom function – are there any free apps available for selfies & photos for HP Ryzen 5 Laptop ??
