Phyical Security Device to Prevent Boot

I am in need of a physical security device with a key to use to prevent certain pc’s from booting without having the key turned on. I need something that will work before the operating system comes up. The cheaper the better but quality and ease of use are very important. Let me know if you know any vendors for this type of products.
