PiLZ Pitop15

I was wondering if any of you are familiar with the following equipment PiLZ Pitop15.

This is a touch screen used to monitor the batch process in a plant. The chip set it uses is a SiS630. It runs on Windows 2000.

What is the maximum possible resolution on it?

Is it possible to “crank up” the resolution?
