Ping Error

I’m running nt 4.0 ts, lotus notes for e-mail purposes only. on a daily basis i loose communication with my remotes 4.0 ts and when i try to ping them, its says hardware error. when i reboot the system it remains stable for like 4 hours and then it happens again.
