Pitney Bowes Commander?

Is anyone currently using a PB.commander package to automate mail production? Or has anyone gone through a demo of this? Feedback/Opinions?

I’m wondering if becoming more automated will create more problems than it solves, having more points at which the system can fail. I am also wondering how quick the PB service dept is with major failures, and how easy it is to troubleshoot small problems on our own. Also, are they available full-time, or is it a pay-per-consult type thing?
