Pixel Binning : Yes or No?

I have a Oppo Reno Z and I read it uses pixel Binning. The camera has four settings : 4:3, 1:1, Full Screen, and 4:3 (48mp). I decided the 4:3 was best, but don’t know which of the two is best. I took identical pictures with each, but can’t see the difference. Then again, my eyes aren’t so good and I don’t really know what things to look for to compare the two modes properly. Any help would be most welcome.
