Planning and Design

I must plan/design a business learning center. It will consist of computer labs, training rooms, etc. I don’t want to re-invent the wheel. Aren’t there downloadable templates of set questions (questionnaires) available to ask the clients/organizations what their needs / requirements are? It would also act as a check list to make sure nothing was left out while developing the plan. The questions would also act as a guide to the design and layout. To help define types of hardware, software, andother network and PC equipment needed.
