Planning for Technology trends

I’m working on a long-range (5 years out) technology plan for our shared services organization. The questions I am trying to answer are: How will we be doing business in 5 years and then what do we need to be doing in the next year to get there. For background, we are a federal internal services (shared service) organization with IT, HR, Procurement and workplace services components. We are about a 3000 person organization. Any help on the crystal ball question about how services will beprovided in 5 years will be appreciated.
