Please Help

I know this sounds crazy but, My girlfriend got mad at me and since I always run my computer under the administrator she went in and changed my account to limited and hers to the admin. and forgot the password. I’ve tried everything I can think of to try and byepass it but i cant. I cant run any programs and my computer is getting slow because I can’t even defrag my files. PLEASE HELP!!!
