We are conducting a survey of whether or not the IT Certification is considered to be an important factor (1) in hiring the potential job candidates and (2) in working with the existing employees. We are particularly interested to hear from those managers who currently employ employees with the IT Certifications and without them. Also, we are interested to hear from the managers who are in charge of the hiring process.
