please someone help???!!!!!!!

i am trying to install a game call of duty 5 and when setup begins after a while a message appears –error 1305.error reading from file
d:\setup\data\main\iw_oo.iwd —what is this…?i click repeat but the problem continues.also says that i verify the file and the file exists.the file exists and i have access but nothing…if i click exit setup then says fatal error pls consult windows installer…what should i do…??pls help..
