Please suggest s good Sharepoint 2007 admin book(s)

I am an Exchange/Windows guy assigned part time to help our reduced-staff Sharepoint team. We do have a talented designer/developer but he is very busy with workflows and other things I hope never to learn. I am doing the backend stuff of Central Administration, creating top level and subsites, doc libraries, assigning permissions, etc. The books I browsed through so far seem primarily for the users. If anyone can please recommend some good administration guides that can help me when I’m mucking about in Site Actions/Site Settings areas? Thanks!
