+ windows xp to printer server network

Trying to add a Dell Desktop Station with windows XP Professional to a printer server with its own IP address via a small Lynxsys ethernet router. The printers used on the printer server are a HP LaserJet 3150 & a Brother MFC 4600.

I have tried to type the server IP address on the URL blank space of the printer wizard, but this does not do the job. Can someboby help and tell me what am I doing wrong or what’s supposed to be done ?
