Pointsec woes

After installing Pointsec v6.2, the account used to get locked after every login. Then we had to contact our Company’s network team to unloack the account.
It is HP Compaq Pentium 4 machine.Had Office 2007 installed and had 4 partitions(C,D,E,F). One other thing strange was that only C and D drives were encrypted.
What is the cause of this ?
How to resolve this issue ?
