Policy problem(can’t open ms dos prompt)

Hi,
I’ve recently set up a system policy, but mistakenly disabled the dos prompt, not realising that this would also disable .bat files too!

Now my users cannot run the small batch files they have that ping the router etc., to check the health of their connection. I’ve reset all of the settings on the system policy, but I can’t seem to get the ms-dos prompt back!
