Population 2k AD with Novell Accounts

Hi

Does anybody know of an application or method to populate a Windows Active Directory with the Novell NDS accounts? I would like to run a Novell and Windows enviroment in parrallel with the NDS being the primary place where accounts are added to the system.

I would like to be able to populate the AD periodically so as to keep it up to date with the Novell accounts database. I would also like this control to rest with Windows and not Novell.
