Port blocking: Internet Radio

Specifically, which ports should be blocked on a firewall in order to prevent users from using bandwidth for listening to internet radio, but not prevent them from other “legitimate” browsing activity? Is it sufficient to just search the IANA portlist and block all that reference “radio”?
