Possible Worm?

Has anyone heard of an email with subject line
Re: [Fwd: Fw: State police warning for online!!] being a worm? There is no attatchment or anything
and Norton Anti-virus gave no warnings. However, a friend contacted me to tell me it is a worm. I have heard nothing else about this and I know my friend believes almost anything. Should I be concerned or is this another hoax?
