Practical Knowledge turning into a Cert??

I manage our companies network and I have alot of on the job training and experience. I want to take it to the next level but my time is very limited. Is the train on your own thing good? Or what about the 2 times a week night classes?

I just want to take my knowledge to the next level so I can bring more to the table for my company.
