Presentation on IT security ?

Hi All,

I need to give a presentation in my class on an real life security breach incident that had occured. I also need to provide details of how it could have been prevented and what was actually done for it. I searched online but could not come up with any good ideas. Can anybody suggest any good topic for the presentation ?
