prevent office 2003 sp3 installation

does anyone know how to prevent office sp3 from being installed during automatic updates? i have even gone into the windows updates, done customize, uncheck sp3, and say never show this update again, yet when the automatic updates run, i reboot, and sp3 has still been installed. please help…
