Preventing limited users from changing printer configuration in XP

How can I prevent a limited account user from changing printer defaults. I want my university lab to offer laser printing but with mandatory duplexing and economode printing. The lab users are now able to change these settings when they print.

The printers are HP LaserJet 4350s with JetDirect cards.
