Preventing NDR’s with Exchange 5.5?

When an email is delivered to the proper domain but the username does not exist, an NDR is generated and returned to the original sender of the email. Exchange can be configured to send a copy of any messages that generate an NDR to the Exchange Administrator.
Is there an easy way to configure Exchange to send a copy of the message to the Administrator without returning the NDR to the original sender of the message?
