primary screen is flickering

My primary screen is flickering, I have dual view setup between lcd tv and lcd monitor. tried to change both refresh rates to 60Hz but had no effect, also tried to change the path of the HDMI cable to the tv.
still a slight flicker an my primary. stops when HDMI is disconnected.
hava also upgraded all drivers ..

If anyone has any idea about how this could be resolved, i would be very greatful.
