Print Comments at bottom of page in Word 2007

I am trying to find a way to print Comments at the bottom, not the side, of the page in Portrait orientation.
So far the only way I can get them to print is on the side. The paper needs to be portrait and NOT landscape. If I get this figured out my boss will be VERY happy with me, so, anybody have any ideas? So far I can find nothing on the web or from Microsoft about changing the location that Word 2007 uses to print Comments.
