Print Unix job to local printer w/Window

We have a SCO Unix 7.0, Novell 5.1 and NT 4 Sp6a servers. Our main application runs on our SCO server. We also have 8 remote users that travel all over the world who use Windows 9x, NT/2000 and dial in via VPN to access the network, applications and e-mail. Remote users use Reflections to access SCO server.

What I’m wanting to do is have our remore users print to there local printer…regardless of where they are. Does anyone have any suggestions or how-to’s to achieve this.
